Interns are invited into the life of the church to develop in spiritual formation, gain hands-on ministry experience, and be equipped for leadership. Whether you're discerning a call to ministry or looking to invest in your faith, we’d love to walk with you.
Application Process
Ready to take the next step? We’re excited to invite you into the internship journey at Mountlake Church.
Start by filling out a short application to help us get to know you. After that, our Operations Director and Executive Pastor will schedule a quick meeting (in person or online) to talk through next steps.
If it’s a good fit, you’ll be invited to your first intern staff meeting for onboarding at the church.
